Obama Finds G.O.P. Resistance in Meeting on Financial Bill--NYT
Uh, I know he's Jesus H. Christ and all, but isn't he supposed to "find G.O.P. resistance," this being a democracy and the G.O.P. being the opposition party? Sure, the rag's resident Hanna-Barbera expert Thomas L. Friedman believes things run ever so much smoother in China, but that doesn't mean Republicans should let themselves be steamrollered and surrender without a fight. God help America if and when they do.
