"Human Rights" in the EU

The exquisitely sensitive European Court of "Human Rights" has ruled that Hooky Hamza cannot be extradited to the U.S. to face criminal charges (because being thrown in a U.S. hoosegow would likely subject him to "inhumane" and "degrading" treatment). Tellingly, the same body was not concerned about the "human rights" of a non-Muslim with Asperger's. He hacked into the Pentagon computer and will soon be shipped stateside to face prosecution.

No double standard there, right?

Update: Someone else won't be deported to the U.S. for trial.
