Did you know that the chick who went ballistic at a Kraft plant, killing two, was Muslim? No? Me neither. Funny how that part got left out of most reports. I'm sure you'll find it a comfort to know, however, that despite this totally out of character and deranged act, she was, according to one of her co-workers (one with whom she had discussed her beliefs) "very spiritual."
Thank heavens for that, eh? Otherwise we might be tempted to describe things not as "spiritual" but as "ritual."
