Unfortunately, the publisher was late to distribute [Steyn's new book After America] to us. It is a logistical shipping issue that we have now taken steps to remedy for our customers. We now have the book in our possession and we have rushed it to stores (I’ve pasted a list of the stores receiving rush copies below). These stores should be receiving their stock today and tomorrow.Mr. Steyn’s book is one of our biggest of the season — we have made a substantial commitment to supporting it.My question: If it's simply a "logistical shipping issue" on the publisher's end, why do I never see Steyn's other political books on shelves that are always--always--groaning under the collective weight of the oeuvres of Chomsky, Fisk, Klein, Carter and other lefty "thinkers"?
