Way to Go, Bibi!

Netanyahu stands up to two bullies:
Despite a personal request from U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu maintains that Israel will not apologize to Turkey for its Navy commando boarding of the Mavi Marmara, on its way to Gaza as part of a flotilla in May, 2010.
Netanyahu also was reported to have turned down another chance to apologize after a request was made by U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration request to apologize to Turkey.
Turkey maintains that it will not resume its ties with Israel until a formal apology is made, and families of the victims are properly compensated. So far, Israel will only go as far as offering its “regret” - not enough for the Turks...
I was going to say that Bibi should "apologize" to the Turks just as soon as they apologize to the Armenians (for the genocide that gave Hitler ideas), but that would imply that Israel had something to apologize for--which it doesn't. Instead, let me say this about Israel's "regret" not being enough--and I mean it sincerely: tough toenails, Turks.
